Coaches | Facilitators | Host Homes

There are 3 primary ways to serve within the Home Group Ministry. Learn more about each facet of the ministry below:

Home Group Coaches

Home Group Coaches care for, support, and encourage our group leaders. They serve behind the scenes to make sure every leader feels equipped and every group stays healthy.

Coaches Provide:
  • Monthly encouragement & check-ins
  • Prayer and spiritual support
  • Guidance for group challenges
  • Leadership development for group leaders
  • Alignment with the church’s vision

Ideal For: Spiritually mature believers who love developing people.

Home Group Facilitators

Facilitators guide the weekly rhythm of the Home Group—facilitating conversation, encouraging participation, and helping people take next steps in their faith.

Facilitators Provide:
  • A welcoming environment
  • Bible-based discussions or sermon-guided conversations
  • Prayer and support for group members
  • Care and follow-up throughout the week
  • Healthy group dynamics and community

Ideal For: Friendly, grounded believers with a heart for people and spiritual growth.

Host Homes

Host Homes provide the space where groups meet. Hosts create a warm, safe, and comfortable environment for people to gather.

Hosts Provide:
  • A welcoming home (or apartment)
  • Seating and basic hospitality
  • A consistent meeting place
  • A warm and friendly atmosphere

Good News: Hosting doesn’t require leading! Many leaders prefer to lead the discussion while someone else hosts the group.

Ideal For: Families or individuals who enjoy hospitality and want to support community with their space.
