How It Works
The Way small groups are designed for believers in all stages of faith. Groups are capped to 6 members, who commit to meet monthly for 9 months, and are led by trained mentors in practical Bible application, prayer, and fellowship. Each group follows a biblical mentorship model. Mentors use the “Love - Know - Speak - Do” framework to help you grow and equip you to mentor others, creating a ripple effect of transformation (2 Timothy 2:2, NKJV)
